The ideal candidate should excel at creating and managing sophisticated electrical BIM models, ensuring compliance with the specific standards and requirements of the region.

• Design, develop, and manage complex electrical BIM models in line with project specifications and Chennai's industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other BIM specialists to ensure that electrical models are integrated seamlessly within multidisciplinary BIM projects.
• Attend coordination meetings, representing the electrical BIM perspective, and work to resolve any model clashes or integration challenges.
• Continuously review and update electrical BIM models to reflect design changes or site adaptations.
• Assist in the creation of fabrication and installation drawings from BIM models.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in BIM technologies, tools, and practices.

• Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with a focus on BIM.
• A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical BIM modelling, specifically in the Chennai market.
• Proficiency in key BIM software applications, such as Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and other relevant platforms.
